- Mining, financial, and technology industry clients—trained leaders to develop their coaching ability to support the execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Services organization—conducted 360° interviews and coached a new CEO during a difficult transition period to help align the senior leadership team, enabling the organization to accelerate execution of national expansion plan.
- Major health insurance network—to support rapid growth, he designed and delivered customized talent-acceleration centers for high-potential leaders. Prior to joining CLG, Michael worked for a talent assessment and leadership development firm, where his expertise in psychometric assessments helped clients identify and develop top talent. His innovative ideas and understanding of market trends made him a sought-after resource in the firm’s R&D department.
Education and Background
Michael holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. He is regularly invited to be a speaker and panelist at conferences on topics such as leading through organizational crises, innovation, operational excellence, and employee health and well-being. Michael also has taught at the college and university levels in areas including industrial/organizational psychology, mental health, and advanced topics in psychology.
