CLG has a transition coaching process that enables provision of focused coaching immediately after implementation and up until sustained behavior change occurs.
  • Performance Catalyst^® – This process is used when your front-line employees need to implement several new behaviors over an extended period of time as a result of the change. We find that when complex changes are implemented, an ongoing plan for continuous improvement is required. In these cases, your leaders, regardless of their level, will need to learn foundation skills for identifying behaviors that lead to results, so they can address each new challenge that unfolds with the change.
