Mike Braun brings his skills as a talented communicator, motivator, and problem solver to all of his executive coaching clients. Having worked with front-line managers to C-Suite leaders, he uses his own executive experiences at established and emerging, start-up companies to address the practical and unique challenges of both small businesses and corporations.

Mike has worked extensively in the financial services, technology, education, contractor, and professional service industries. In addition to executive coaching, his expertise includes:

Some of Mike's accomplishments as an executive coach include helping the leader of a national internet software company define and set standards for his team and to modify his behavior to become more of a teacher versus a "doer" – allowing the company to achieve its recent goals and experience a 35% growth. For a large medical device distributor, Mike assisted the CEO with creating both a short-term and long-term strategy as well as define specific processes and behaviors to allow others to take more responsibility. As a result, the CEO was better able to define his strategic outlook, refine the organization's structure and delegate to a newly formed leadership team for each business function.

Mike earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas and his B.S.B.A from Dakota State University. He also has been the guest speaker for the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota Quality Council, the American Society of Training & Development—Minnesota Chapter, the Business Forms Management Society, and Vistage—The World's Leading Chief Executive.
