Kathy Callahan brings business experience, consulting and executive expertise to
clients who seek her practical, real-world solutions to today’s business challenges.
A highly successful business leader and an expert in the behavioral implications
of large-scale organizational change initiatives, Kathy has worked with numerous
Fortune 100 companies to improve their performance across a variety of areas, including:
- Embedding people-sensitive practices into organizational change implementation

Assisting executives, business leaders and project managers in improving their leadership
skills through one-on-one executive coaching and consulting
- Working with C-suite
leaders to develop change strategies and roadmaps for success, and then cascading
these change efforts through senior leadership
- Supporting senior leaders and
professionals in human resources, communications and organizational development
to design and implement organizational structural changes, leadership transitions
and governance changes
Kathy also heads CLG’s High Gain Meetings consulting services area, designing, developing
and delivering strategic meetings that move clients’ business to a higher level
of performance by catalyzing and sustaining the work behaviors required to execute
their key strategies.
Prior to joining CLG, Kathy’s 14 years in the petrochemicals industry gave her deep
experience in business management, channel management, customer service management,
new product development, strategy development, marketing, account management, sales
and sales administration.
A cum laude graduate of Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Kathy
completed coursework in the Wharton School of Business’ Strategic Business Management
and Global Business Strategy programs, as well as professional sales and marketing
curricula.
