Annemarie Michaud, MBA

With over 20 years of executive-level consulting experience in leadership practices
and business performance improvement, Annemarie offers a deep understanding of organizational
change and a portfolio of successful client interventions. Her extensive international
experience helps her effectively support her corporate and private sector clients
in large-scale, global change initiatives. These clients represent myriad industries
in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, including finance, manufacturing, oil,
pharmaceuticals, insurance and government.
Annemarie’s expertise includes planning and implementing large-scale interventions

Prior to joining CLG, Annemarie was an executive consultant for a leading global
provider of human performance training and consulting. She spearheaded strategic
interventions that combined improvement methodologies, including consulting, executive
coaching and training to impact measured business results.
She has written articles on mergers and acquisitions, teamwork, implementation and
training for the Journal for Quality and Participation,
Quality Progress,
AFSM International and Impact.
She is a contributing author in The New Self-Directed
Work Teams: Mastering the Challenge (McGraw Hill, 1999). She has presented
to professional organizations on topics including aligning employees with business
strategy, implementing change, corporate culture, teamwork, and quality improvement.
Annemarie holds an MBA from Georgia State University, a bachelor’s degree in
psychology from Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa, and a bachelor’s degree
with honors in counseling psychology from the University of South Africa. She speaks
Afrikaans, French, Dutch and German, in addition to English.
